Donghwa Vietnam, established in 2021, is a production base located in Thai Nguyen Province near Hanoi, Vietnam. Donghwa Vietnam, established by consolidating Donghwa's global management know-hows, produces 370,000 ㎥ MDF and 4million㎡ of laminated floor annually, aimed primarily at the local northern market.
Donghwa Vietnam is pro-actively keeping pace with the rising demand caused by the industrial boom and continues to expand its global market dominance based on its production innovation.

01. Introduction
Dongwha Malaysia is Dongwha’s overseas subsidiary located in Malaysia. It was founded in 2003 when Dongwha acquired a Malaysian company and built a production base. Now it overseas three subsidiaries and is at the forefront of developing Malaysia’s board industry. Dongwha Malaysia has production facilities in Nilai, Merbok and Kulim, which have abundant timber resources.
It produces MDF and MFB, as well as resin and the eco-friendly surface material LPM used in wood boards. This allows the company to ensure a stable supply of materials and minimize costs. Dongwha Malaysia also has its own marketing personnel, who explore new marketing channels not only in Malaysia but also in Iran, Iraq and other Middle East countries and Latin America.

01. Introduction
VRG Dongwha MDF was founded as a joint venture between the Vietnamese state-run Vietnam Rubber Group and Dongwha Enterprise. Dongwha Enterprise’s business partner Vietnam Rubber Group is a leading timber company in Vietnam with abundant timber resources. In 2012 VRG Dongwha MDF built an MDF factory in Binh Phuoc Province, which offers prime conditions for MDF manufacturing, as it is close to Vietnam’s economic center, Ho Chi Minh, and rich in forest resources.
VRG Dongwha MDF’s MDF factory is equipped with high-tech production machinery from Germany, Sweden and Finland. It also has equipment for producing eco-friendly energy using MDF by-products. The company manufactures its own chemical products used in MDF, which enables it to minimize costs. VRG Dongwha MDF serves as further proof of Korea’s superb MDF manufacturing technologies.

01. Introduction
Dongwha Timbers was founded in 2011 in Australia as Dongwha’s directly managed overseas production base through the acquisition of Willmott Timbers. Dongwha Timbers’ core business area is lumbering. It has a factory in Bombala and plenty of wood resources. Its new sawmill was built on government subsidies to boost its role in improving the regional economy. It produces a wide range of products such as lumber and decks, and plays an important role in the development of Australia’s timber industry using Dongwha’s outstanding technologies and expertise.
